Answer: The therapist will leave the room while you undress and will provide towels and blankets to cover you during the massage. Only remove clothing to the extent that you feel comfortable.
Answer: Before the massage, you can discuss any health issues or specific requests with your therapist. You will have privacy to undress, and as soon as you are ready, the session will begin. Feel free to ask questions at any time.

This massage uses targeted pressure on specific points of the body to relieve pain. While it is a more intense massage, you will feel balanced and in inner harmony afterward. It is important that you let us know right away if you experience too much pain during the massage. The therapist can then adjust the pressure to your needs.
Thai massage, also known as "lazy yoga," combines yoga postures with massage techniques based on ancient Thai medicine. Unlike oil massage, Thai massage focuses strongly on the "Sen lines"—energy pathways that run through the body. By manipulating these pathways, a balanced energy flow, or "chi," can be restored.
